I’m a Clinical Psychologist specialising in complex trauma and relational difficulties, working with individuals and couples navigating trauma, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and questions of self and identity.

Working with me is warm, collaborative, and deeply human. I create a space where you can slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and make sense of patterns rather than simply learning to “cope” with them.

My work is grounded in psychoanalysis, with the belief that therapy is not about fixing who you are, but helping you build a more connected relationship with yourself and others.

TRAUMA-INFORMED

I work in a trauma-informed way, paying attention to how complex or repeated experiences may continue to shape your emotions, relationships, sense of safety, and ways of coping.

RELATIONAL

Relationships are at the heart of how we experience ourselves and the world. I pay close attention to the relationships you have with others, and with yourself, including what may be happening between us in the therapy room.

COLLABORATIVE

Therapy with me is collaborative and non-judgmental. Rather than giving quick fixes or lists of strategies, we slow down together, become curious about your experiences, and make sense of them in a way that feels meaningful for you.

Who I work with

I work with individuals and couples who are living with the ongoing impact of complex trauma whether that shows up in emotions, relationships, boundaries, or how you experience yourself day to day.

Complex trauma

Including experiences that may have felt ongoing, overwhelming, or hard to name, and that continue to shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world.

couples

I work with couples who feel stuck in recurring conflicts, emotional distance, communication difficulties, or patterns that seem impossible to break.

You don't have to arrive with everything figured out.

My hope is that therapy can be a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and gently explore what is happening beneath the surface at your own pace, and without pressure to have all the answers right away.
